1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the digital guides (PDF files) offered on the Roadbook Guides store, published by Next step Roadbook (details in the legal notice), reachable via the Contact page. Placing an order means accepting these terms.
2. Products
The guides are downloadable PDF files. Their content is described on each product page. They provide general, practical information: they do not replace the advice of a professional (doctor, lawyer, adviser) and no result is guaranteed.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made online via PayPal. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted; a confirmation is sent by email.
5. Delivery
The download link is sent by email right after payment. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder, then write to us via the Contact page.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a rule, a distance purchase opens a 14-day withdrawal period. This right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once its supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Before purchase, a checkbox asks you to confirm that you want to receive your guide immediately and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once it is sent.
7. Faulty file
If your file doesn’t open or doesn’t match its description, write to us via the Contact page: we’ll replace it or refund you.
8. Intellectual property
The guides are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing publicly or distributing them, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.
9. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in our privacy policy.
10. Complaints
For any complaint, write to us via the Contact page. We reply as quickly as possible.
11. Applicable law
These terms do not deprive the buyer of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence.
